Online Scheduling

Want to make your appointment online? Here is how to do it in a few easy steps:

1.  From the menu below choose the service you are looking to receive.

Note:  Initial acupuncture appointments for adults are not available for online scheduling at this time.  Please give the front desk a call 512-452-1410 ext 24

2.  Choose a provider from the list.

Note:  Most providers will have an R1 or R2 designation next to their name.  These designations correspond to “on the hour” or “on the half-hour” appointment times.  For example R1 designations refer to 10:00, 11:00 etc.  While R2 designations refer to 10:30, 11:30 etc. It may be useful to check both R1 and R2 designations for your chosen provider to see a wider variety of available appointment times.
If no time slots are available, or the provider your looking for isn’t listed below please call the clinic.  Appointments can open up on any given day, but not show up immediately via the online scheduling platform.

3.  Choose your desired time slot.

4.  If you haven’t registered for online scheduling with us before, you will need to do that at this step.  After registration, finalize your appointment and book it.  You will receive an email verification of your appointment, and can make changes or cancel the appointment up to 24hrs prior to the appointment time.

5.  You are all done, we’ll see you soon
